General Terms
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment.
- Making payment means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
- Room rates may change without notice, especially during special events. Confirmed, prepaid bookings are not affected.
- Activity and safari bookings are made through independent companies and follow their own Terms & Conditions. Please enquire before making payment
Standard Rates
- Cancel 8 or more days before arrival: refund minus the first night + 5% admin fee.
- Cancel within 7 days of arrival: no refund.
- Shortening your stay after arrival is treated as a late cancellation (no refund).
- No-shows: no refund.
- Date changes depend on availability and may be treated as cancellations.
Group Reservations (8+ people)
- Full payment at booking.
- Cancel 31+ days before arrival: refund minus the first night + 5% admin fee.
- Cancel within 30 days: no refund.
- Shortening the stay after arrival is treated as a late cancellation (no refund).
- Date changes depend on availability and may be treated as cancellations.
Non-Refundable Rates
- Full payment at booking, strictly no refunds or changes.
- These bookings can’t be transferred to another person.
Stays
- Check-in: from 14:00. Early check-in on request if available.
- Check-out: 10:00. Late check-out may be available at extra cost – ask in advance.
- Reception: open daily until 20:00. Contact us before arrival if you need a late check-in.
- Occupancy: maximum guests per room as listed at booking. Extra guests/children only by prior agreement and may be charged.
- Children under 16 must stay in a private room/dorm with an adult. No children in mixed dorms.
- Children 0–4 years: free. Children 5+ years: bed must be booked and paid for.
- Weekly rates apply only to consecutive nights in the same room type. Changing rooms cancels the weekly rate.
Refunds
- All refunds are subject to a 5% admin/banking fee.
