The Victoria Falls is one of the most spectacular natural sites on Earth. It is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989. Victoria Falls is 1,7 km wide and has a vertical drop of over 100 meters.
Get a free map at the Jollyboys reception with all the walking trails. The park is open every day from 06:00 am – 18:00 pm, entry fee is $20 per person to be paid at the park gates.
You will be picked up by speed boat from the deck of the Royal Livingstone Hotel. The island is where David Livingstone first laid eyes upon the amazing Victoria Falls.
Swimming in Devil’s pool is available during low water season and Angel’s pool may be available during periods of higher water. After a quick tour around the island and a (seasonal) swim in Devil’s pool you will receive breakfast, lunch or high tea. This trip is definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

The helicopter flight shows you one of the most stunning views of Victoria Falls and the formation of the Batoka Gorge.
The 12 - 15 minutes flight goes over the falls themselves. The 30 minutes flight goes over the falls and includes a short flight through the gorge and a short game flight over Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. We recommend the first or last flight of the day, because that’s usually when the animals come out.
No minimum age, but must be accompanied by an adult.
When the water is high and there is a full moon, you see a beautiful silver and colourful rainbow across the Victoria Falls. During this time the park stays open till 22:00 pm. It truly is an amazing sight.
Usually high water is December/January to June/July. Please do not hesitate to contact us, to enquire about the current water levels. Opening is dependent on the decision of National Heritage Coservation Commission the custodians of the park.
It is certainly worth seeing the Victoria Falls from ‘the other side’ if you have the extra time and money. The Devil’s Cataract in Zimbabwe is the deepest point of the Falls. During low water more water passes over this side…but during high water, more water passes over this side. During high water there is so much spray, there is almost no point in bringing a camera. Just get soaked and enjoy! Depending on your nationality, the visa costs vary between US $30 and US $100. The park is open from 06:00 am – 18:00 pm and entry cost $30 per person. The Zimbabwean border is closes at 22:00 pm, we recommend crossing before 21:30 pm.Contact
Head over to the local croc farm here in Livingstone, which has over 50 crocodiles, many of which have been caught in the local area as they sometimes become a problem. They also have several snakes you can view. They feed both the crocs and the snakes over the weekends between 14:00 pm and 15:00 pm. It’s impressive to watch.
No minimum age, but must be accompanied by adults
The game drive takes place in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, which is the local park here in Livingstone. It has beautiful scenery and its located right next to the Zambezi river. The park is the smallest National Park in Zambia and has a wide variety of game, including white rhinos. There are no predators except for crocs. Special highlight; it has a grave sight of the first settlers of Livingstone.
Minimum age: 3 years and above. Children must be accompanied by adults.

A fantastic opportunity to get involved in the day-to-day village life. The Simonga community has pulled together to create their own small tourism initiative, supported by Jollyboys among other agents and operators in town. As soon as you arrive at the village you will be welcomed into the community and embraced into Zambian village life. The 2 hour trip shows you around the village. The half day includes a home cooked Zambian lunch. A walk to the river is possible upon request.Contact
